No refunds are issued. This is outlined in our Terms & Conditions that you agreed to upon signup. All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and will add you to a global fraud database. Why was I billed $34.95 when I signed up for a $1 Trial?

As disclosed during the signup process, the 2-Day trial gives you preview access to our members area for two days. Unless you cancel during that free period, your trial membership automatically renews as a Full monthly membership, billed at $34.95 every 30 days, until you cancel; Also, you will get charged $34.95 if you UPGRADE your Trial membership to Full membership.

How will the charge for my purchase appear on my statement?

Why am I still being charged after I cancelled?

If you are still getting charged even after you've cancelled your membership, you might have an active subscription to our second website that you agreed to join when you bought the membership for the main website. Please click here and enter your Username or Email to check your subscription.

Why am I not able to view photos or videos on a Trial subscription?

We are sorry, but we can't offer full access to all content for $1, because people would just rip off (download) the whole site and then cancel their Trial membership. Trial membership is there so that customers can preview what is inside the members area and then make a decision if they want to become a Full member. In order to gain full access to the content you will need to purchase a full membership or Upgrade your Trial membership.

What do I do if my video playback is choppy?

There are many possible reasons why you may be experiencing poor video playback. High Quality video playback requires a better than average internet connection and computer processor, so if you have a slow connection or older computer, you may experience issues. If you are experiencing choppy playback you may try one of the following to resolve this:

Turn off other programs, virus protection, ad blocker, or energy saving settings as they may interfere with High Quality video playback.

Stop any files that you may be downloading in the background.

Try closing other browser tabs if you have many opened.

Try another browser and see if that helps. We recommend the latest versions of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox.
